The solution included a Salesman App to facilitate order-taking and apply various promotions, a Collection App for processing payments and sending receipts via WhatsApp, and a Delivery App for drivers to efficiently navigate delivery routes. This integration ensures real-time data synchronization, enabling Koh Yong Long to streamline their operations and improve overall efficiency.
