Koh Yong Long required a comprehensive solution to manage their extensive inventory and sales operations. We developed an efficient admin system that seamlessly handles inventory management, sales transactions, payment collections, and delivery logistics, all integrated with their existing SAP system for smooth data exchange. The solution included a Salesman App to facilitate order-taking and apply various promotions, a Collection App for processing payments and sending receipts via WhatsApp, and a Delivery App for drivers to efficiently navigate delivery routes. This integration ensures real-time data synchronization, enabling Koh Yong Long to streamline their operations and improve overall efficiency.
